Returns Policy

Returns fees are the buyer's responsibility. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused item (this does not affect your statutory rights). Some items can not be returned for health reasons such as underwear and earrings for pierced ears. We do not refund sale items (this does not affect your statutory rights). Unfortunately, we can not refund postage and packaging.

Just return any unused item within 14 days for a full refund (excluding delivery) to your account.

Simply email us onlineshopping@punkyfish.com to arrange for your refund. The returned goods will be credited to your account. (Please allow 14 days for the credit to appear on your account). If you have not received an email reply after 48 hours please call 0208 503 2111.
