TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12 p.m. will normally be dispatched the next day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK & NORTHERN IRELAND)

• We can deliver your order within 24 hours of acceptance.


• This special service cost only £6.00 for the entire order, no matter how many items are included.


• If you select Express delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
  within 24 hours provided the order was placed before 12pm*.


• If you are not in when the courier attempt to deliver your parcel, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken.

*Order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK & NORTHERN IRELAND)

All items you order can be sent to UK address.

• Our standard delivery charge including postage and packaging is £4.00 for your entire order.
• If you select Standard delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. Order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or  during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

EUROPIAN COUNTRIES & IRELAND DILIVERY

All items you order can be sent to Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Italy and Ireland and Northern Ireland.

• We can deliver your order within 3-6 working days of acceptance
• This special service cost only £10.00 for the entire order, no matter how many items are included.
• If you select Worldwide delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday with in 3-6 working days of the order being placed. Order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
• If you are not in when the courier attempt to deliver your parcel, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken.

NONE EU COUNTRIES DELIVERY

All items you order can be sent to None EU Countries.

• We can deliver your order within 5-10 working days of acceptance
• This special service cost only £20.00 for the entire order, no matter how many items are included.
• If you select World wide delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday with in 5-10 working days of the order being placed. Order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

PRICES

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If an item is not acceptable for any reason, it may be returned providing it is sent back within fourteen days and is in new condition otherwise items can only be returned if they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

COLOR REPRODUCTION

Punkyfish designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• We can only accept Cards registered to the Account Holder.
• We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days.
• Card Details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

RETURNING GOODS

Returns fees are the buyer's responsibility. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused item (this does not affect your statutory rights). Some items can not be returned for health reasons such as underwear and earrings for pierced ears (this does not affect your statutory rights). Unfortunately, we can not refund postage and packaging.

We don't refund when you purchase a sale item.

Make sure you get a receipt from your courier when you send the goods back, and that you include your order number with the goods.

E-MAIL ADDRESS

Simply email onlineshopping@punkyfish.com to arrange for your refund. The returned goods will be credited to your account. (Please allow 14 days for the credit to appear on your account). If you have not received an email reply after 48 hours please call 0208 503 2111(Contact name is Didem.)
Unfortunately, we can not refund postage and packaging.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The Punkyfish Gift Vouchers can be purchased online for use only at our retail stores. A gift card can be purchased in denominations of £50, £10 and £5. It can not be redeemed for cash.

• Gift vouchers are FINAL SALE items and therefore can not be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
